Alaska & Zeus
Work/Pet Series/Alaska & Zeus
I give my dogs Alaska and Zeus leading roles in AI comedy and dark fairy tales, through dance and performance.
Alaska and Zeus are my dogs
I turn familiar companionship into comedy with Alaska, my German shepherd mix, and Zeus, my husky with different-coloured eyes. In my AI reels, they dance, perform and inhabit characters.
I shape the dogs' performances by transferring video movement through Higgsfield's Genjutsu, alongside Seedance 2.5 and Nano Banana Pro.

Alaska and Zeus dancing
A hallway becomes a dance floor for my dogs Alaska and Zeus in AI comedy.
Alaska drums, Zeus plays keys
A viral Chinese song brings Alaska to the drums and Zeus to the keyboard.
Alaska as Alice
Alaska enters Wonderland in the opening of Alice, chapter one of Dog Tales.
Dog Tales retells classic stories
I recast 14 classic tales as dark fantasy for a vertical series starring Alaska and Zeus, giving each story five scripted chapters to inhabit.
The familiar becomes unsettling in chapter one of Alice in Wonderland, 'Never chase the rabbit', now in production with Alaska as Alice and Zeus as the Mad Hatter. I have prepared 12 frames and an edit of the first 10 clips.
Alaska and Zeus in costume
I establish the visual identities of Dog Tales through reference images, with Alaska inhabiting Alice and Zeus the Mad Hatter.
Good Dogs is in preproduction
Domestic conversation becomes comedy in Good Dogs, a ten-episode sitcom in preproduction where Alaska and Zeus speak in voiceover and their owners, Theo and Diego, answer. I have written episode one, 'Rule Number One'.
